Cut It Up Challenge #17- Arbor Day

Eat Cake Birthday Card

Hi there!  Today I'm sharing a birthday card that I will be entering into a few challenges.  I used the Puppy in Cake cut from the Silhouette Store.  The sentiment is from Cardz TV "Make a Wish" Stamp Set.  I also added Glossy Accents to the puppy's nose and the candles.  Thanks for looking and have a great day!  :)
