Cupcakes and Kisses Birthday Card

Hi everyone!  Today I'm sharing a birthday card I made that I am entering into a couple of challenges.  I am going to enter it into Challenge #22 at Birthday Sundaes.  The challenge is to use at least 3 brads on your birthday card.  I am also entering it into Challenge #73 over at Fantabulous Cricut which is to have a cupcake or a baked good on your project.  I thought cupcakes and Hershey Kisses would go good with the stamp "Cupcakes & Kisses"!  Thanks for looking!  :)






Materials Used:
  • Sweet Treats Cricut Cartridge (Stand)
  • Smiley Cards Cricut Cartridge (Cupcakes)
  • Cuttlebug D'vine Swirl Embossing Folder
  • EK Succes Scallop Punch
  • Fiskars Corner Rounder
  • White and Pink Gelly Roll Pens
  • Distress Ink (Tea Dye)
  • Stickles and Twine
  • Brads
  • Aluminum Foil for the Kisses

    Oh Karen, this is SO sweet! :o) The shiny kisses are of course a show-stopper, but I also completely love the twine, the adorable tag, and the fact that you used all different colors of brads as if they're rainbow confetti (or nonpareils). Beautiful work, my crafty friend!
