Krafty Girls Challenge #10 - Fun in the Sun!

Hi everyone!  It's time for another Krafty Girls challenge!  Since summer is here, the challenge for this week is to create a paper craft that follows the theme, Fun in the SunAnything that inspires you about summer would be perfect for this challenge!  One of the things that me and my family love to do in the summer is eat watermelon so that's what inspired me for this card!  My son eats so much that I tell him he is going to turn into a watermelon!  I am also going to enter this card into a few challenges.  I hope to see you link up your project at Krafty Girls this week!  Thanks for looking and have a great day!  :)

  1. This is so fabulous, Karen!! Those watermelon slices look good enough to eat!! The crinkle ribbon is gorgeous and I love how you turned up the edge with the sweet bee!! What an awesome card - I LOVE it :)

  7. This is such a sweet card, Karen! I love the watermelon! I also love the summery, colorful background, the gorgeous ribbon, and of course the sweet buttons with red and green twine. :o) The little bee holding back the corner is so cute. Wonderful work! :o)
